The staff were really helful and friendly. I was really impressed by the man who served us he took us to the item l wanted and showed us the best deal on them. He then told us about the power tool that were on offer in his own section, l was really umpressed by him l was only sorry that l didnt take note of him name on his apron. The other thing l noticed was hiw tidy the store looked and the stock levels were really good. Well done B&Q
