  Stood waiting with my cash to buy the most expensive phone in the shop. Completely ignored for 15 minutes whilst 3 (yes THREE) of their staff attended to one customer. Gave up and went elsewhere. A few days later I tried to buy a screen protector for said phone. Protecter was the most expensive I'd seen in any shop, they then tried to sell me a service to attach it as they said to me I couldn't do it myself... "it does have a 25 year guarantee!".... don't think I'll be using this in 25 years. Went nextdoot and bought a protector for half the price. Wondering have thus store makes a profit
