  Insisted car needed a diagnostic at my cost ( same as Labour £114 ph) went to another garage who told me what was wrong went to order the part from Chrysler only to be informed said part already on order for Jordan's. Hmmmm part ordered before essential diagnostic work carried out well done

  Bought a used Mini Countryman and were treated excellently. Found a problem with drivers side sun visor after getting the car home and rung them about it. They supplied us with a brand new visor with no issues or arguments. No issues recommeding them.

  Went to buy a new car. Bad experience with the salesman. Left there same day purchased a new car that afternoon at a different dealership. No problems .
