  Well I did not wanted to write this and give three stars, but the situation is in my heart and one week I am walking with it. Three weeks ago took a car for a fix, been fixed then broke again with the same problem, but it is ok. So they evacuated my car and brought another one (courtesy) to my house which is I think top service (or they had to to it probably, because car caused problems constantly). Anyway, gave me a car with 1 quarter level of fuel I am happy. Has been passed few days no phone call no updates what is going on, so I rang them to ask, because had to make a plans and understood that car might not be ready soon and I can use courtesy car to travel to Peterborough. Next day came to work and decided to fill up petrol on the way home as been getting paid that day, at work got a call that my car ready. Ok. After work went straight there there is no petrol stations on the way, so got there and said I brought the car, but fuel level is less then it has been when I got the car, I said I can pay or fill it up (they have station in the garage). He said you can pay. I asked how much when he answered £15. I was a bit shocked, because to fill up to the quarter for that car need about £6-£7. And then guy said that he thinks it is not too dear. I felt so little. I said I go fill it up my self and I did. I understand the rule bring car back with the same level of fuel, but don't understand why should I overpay I think it is not what you should get as a customer service. Anyway, it is not about the money. I don't mind pay for what I use it more principal things and to be right. I don't want to say anything bad not for the guy, not for the company. They are doing brilliant service and care about the customers, but this situation has not left me to stay on the side and swallow it that why three stars. Thank you for reading.
