It's Christmas!!.. I was picking up a reserved item and had to wait almost 20 minutes.. One assistant to deal with everyone's queries- and she disappeared with the person front of me.. No one else could come to the counter- not that there was a glut of staff anyway.. Poor service at what must be their busiest time of the year..
