  Awful experience. Went in for some holiday clothes. Tried to pay with my iPhone. Asked if there was a limit to how much you could spend £30.00. As usually. But my items were more expensive than that. Then I was told I wasn't aloud to do two transactions with my finger print iPhone. Because it's policy. Not good enough. It's 2017 sports direct. If you use contactless payments. You must allow people to pay not fobb people off and let money walk out of the shop. Bad customer service.

  My wife bought me some trainers &asked about a refund if not suitable,but when we took them back they would not refund & only offered credit note. The manageress at Kingswood was very rude & was shouting down the shop at other customers who were commenting on her rudeness
