  I had placed a large order for clock and collect when I was notified it was ready I went to collect but found it had been loaded onto a pallet that was too big to fit through the shop doors. The first person expected me to carry it to my van from inside, I asked if it could be took round on a forklift and was ignored, I had to wait for it to be put onto two other trolleys to fit through the door. Didn't save me anytime I may as well have gone and picked it myself as It would have fitted through the door.
